Game Recap

The Black & Red were able to defeat CF Montréal on the road for the second time this year with a 0-1 score line. DC United was playing with a heavily rotated lineup, and Assistant Head Coach Pete Shuttleworth on the sideline. The only goal of the game was off of Erik Hurtado who scored his first goal for DC United in the 70th minute.


The win guarantees DC United is into the knockout stage.


Next Match

DC United return to Audi Field on Saturday, July 29th and take on Pumas UNAM at 9:00 pm. This will be the last match of the group stage. A win or a draw will see United win the group.
