Ibeagha's Goal-
FC Dallas struck first and early in the 5th minute of the match. Tafari found Ibeagha with a long pass into the box. Ibeagha headed the ball into the goal for not only his first FC Dallas goal but also his first MLS goal. Seeing these two players connect for a goal like that was amazing. Looking at social media, it looks as though they've already connected off the pitch, seeing that translate to the field as well makes me excited to see how their partnership in the defense grows this season.

Own Goal-
Unfortunately, Dallas wasn't able to hold onto the tie for too long. In the 34th minute, Dallas conceded. Paul Arriola, while trying to keep Ryan Gauld off the scoresheet, knocked the ball past Maarten Paes and into Dallas' own goal.
Final Thoughts-
Overall, a point on the road is good. A point in Vancouver, where Dallas previously only had two wins and four draws anyway, is good. SET THE STAGE: FC Dallas vs. Vancouver | 3.11.23 | FC Dallas It's disappointing that Dallas couldn't hold onto the win, but a point is a point.
